Mentor Training Program

  The Mentor Teacher Training Program is designed to empower selected educators to guide and support Hybrid Section Teachers in effectively implementing digital and blended learning practices. These mentor teachers will be trained to: 

• Ensure the right use of hardware and software provided in the Hybrid Classrooms.
   
• Promote the adoption of 21st Century Learning Design (21CLD) and innovative teaching strategies.
   
• Facilitate smooth day-to-day classroom operations and coordination.
   
• Assist teachers in pedagogical planning aligned with the goals of Hybrid Learning.
   
• Act as on-ground leaders who provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and report progress to the Studio/Hub team.
   

This program plays a crucial role in maintaining consistency, quality, and effectiveness in the rollout of Project Carte Blanche's Hybrid Learning model.
